Ionic Won't Sync

Hi,

I want to point out that there is a serious problem with Ionic not syncing to Andoid phones.

I know this is a problem many users ha e experienced and as far as I can tell, Fitbit has offered no fix for this.

It is so annoying that I am likely to replace my Ionic with some other brand of fitness tracker. This is pathetic.

9 times out of 10, the Ionic won't sync.

Mine isn’t syncing to my iPhone properly today, it pulling across the steps but it’s not recognising active hours, it’s not recognised my sleep or my parkrun I done this morning and I have no active minutes 😩 very frustrating

I have same problem !

My Ionic sync can't sync with my Android phone (Samsung Galaxy Note 8),

I try connect time after time and now i quit !

I don't understand !

Same problem with my Samsung S8 plus.

My Fitbit Charge 2 syncs fine, but the Ionic? Nothing!
