This is insane, 25% discount, really, My battery hasn't been holding a charge for more then 24 hours, today woke up with 93% charge, screen went off, not it won't turn back on. Called customer support- no help, oh we can only offer you the 25% discount on a new ionic. REALLY, stand behind your product. NEVER AGAIN, and I'm going to make sure everybody knows how bad this company is

Mine is only 2 months old and will not turn on. I bought one for my wife and we had to return 2 of them for similar problems. Fit bit needs better quality control.

It's pretty bad service. I have loved my fitibit ionics but as of now they are BOTH dead and all customer service will offer me is 25% coupon after I spent over $500 with them. How long should your fitbit last? I hope longer than 1.5 years. I'm off to find something more reliable and better supported. If you're in the market for a fitbit, I would think twice. I think it's really just a matter of time.

Mine is a year old, and it will not turn on. I’ve tried different chargers. Different outlets. It will not charge and turn on.

Mine is barely 2 months old. Pretty junky.
