Ionic Wrong Time Zone

My ionic suddenly picked up the wrong time zone automatically. I have turned automatic off, on, changed it multiple times and it keeps reverting to an hour behind my correct time. I've searched the forum and tried suggestions others have tried with no luck.

After you set the correct Timezone, you need to scroll on down and click on Submit and then sync your tracker for the setting to take effect.

I found this useful today, because my Ionic suddenly showed one hour wrong time. And when I controlled time zone setting, I was suddenly put up with another zone than the one I have had for years. Wonder why this is happening? (In a couple of days I'm going on a vacation to a place that's one hour behind mine in time zone - what should I do with the time there, will it automatically go to right time?)
