After my latest run, I sync with my samsung S8 and the heart rate and calorie data graphs were not available. Message says 'Can not view when you are offline.' But my internet connection is fine and I know the data was recorded because at the end if the run my Ionic summary was fine. The map and splits are available though. Please help 🙂

Yesterday I was out for a run (1:18h), but in the workout summary the heart rate was shown only for the last 18 minutes.
I guess this relates to the time shift to summer time. Hoping it will be correct for the next workout.

Same here

Heartrate record is not available for any activity since yesterday. Error says ‚not enough data available‘

if I look at my heartbeat record for the day, it‘s complete.

Heartbeat information is only missing on the app (IOS in my case)

If I go to the web-Dashboard it‘s all there.

Same issue here. Can not view when you are offline. First day after daylight savings finished.

Looking through the history, this problem was first reported FOUR years ago, and it is still not resolved. Wow, just wow.
