Ionic no longer detectable

My Iphone will no longer detect my Ionic. I have tried everything save for resetting my Ionic. I tried adding the Ionic, got as far as the four digit numbers and that's where it stalled after repeated attempts.

After I don't know how many tries, I added it again and it finally
connected. Bizarre and annoying

Wouldn't it be great if a Fitbit rep got in on these conversations, eh?

Sorry @MathanMor this is a community forum for your fellow forgot users, forgot moderators are mainly for moderating asks helping out with questions as they stumble apron them.

If you really interested in getting help from fitbit support  tap on your photo above them tap contact fitbit.

As for this thread, it waa started with am iOS user,  the second pay is from am android user,  being different operating systems there most likely will be different fixes. It would have been helpful top include iOS in the title,  or post on the iOS board.

We don't know what ripe off device @Danselme has.

As four the title`Bit detectable` I'm not sure whay is meme,  during a sync there is no reason to detect a tracker, the app knows whay tracker to connect to.

When it comes to ios I'm clueless.

Restart phone

Restart tracker

Remove the tracker from the phones Bluetooth are the three different steps of which one usual works.

Check for fitbit and phone updates.

 With android

Restart phone

Restart tracker

Clear the fitbit apps cache through the phones settings > apps > fitbit > storage > clear cache

Yippy could also Kik the fitbit data

Kik the fitbit app phones setting,  it is not enough to swipe of the screen.
