Hello So I had the fitbit last Sync at 2% and then run out of charge.

Would not charge. Blackscreen. Tried all the forced restart tips etc.

Called support who within 15 minutes had a new unit on the way to me which is out for delivery today.

They say to dispose of the brick to electronic landfill and do not want it back.

Lo and behold now suddenly after days of nothing a red 0% charge appeared so it is "the walking dead".

Quick as flash charger back in an 3 hours later it is synced, charged and even software updated.

So I now will have potentially 2 good units in the next 24 hours !!!! albeit one of them clearly objects temporarily at least to running out of charge.

What happens ?  Will someone remotely disable one of my units ?   Should I set up a 2nd account ?

So has no one ended up with 2 working units that has read this yet ?

Even more of a suprise I have just opened the couriers box for the replacement expecting just to get the watch head, but no I have a complete new boxed unit with straps and cable.

Oh well i'm not complaining !
