Ionic accessing texts messages

My Ionic is accessing my text messages even though I have ALL permissions turned off except location.  Does anyone know how I can stop this? It started after the last update.  I already tried restarting my Ionic. Thanks to anyone that may be able to help.

@Minkah Hi there. Thanks for the troubleshooting tried prior to posting. 

In order to provide you with the appropriate troubleshooting, let me know if you're referring to turning off text notifications. If you're make sure you have followed this procedure to turn them off: 

- Go to your Fitbit app 
- Tap on the Ionic icon > Notifications 
- Text notifications > turn them off 
- Sync your watch to update the settings changed
