My Ionic was fully charged before I went swimming yesterday. As soon as I was done with my swim, it went blank and would not come back on no matter what buttons I hit. When I got home, I plugged it in and rebooted it and it came on and said 95% charged. I believe that in less than a month of having this, that I most likely wasted $300. Even with the free replacement before 12 months, I always lose money on fitbits since have never had one last more then 12 months - so yes, first replacement free then second is not - you get a discount coupon and pretty much wasted money on bad products. I should have known this one would not be any different.

Hi @Kris_K,
I'm a little confused by your post. Did your Ionic end up coming back to life? You may want to open a ticket with Fitbit Support, as they're the only ones who can provide help on this. Best of luck.
