Hi,
for the last day my ionic has been really acting weird.
It started yesterday when it just shut down and I couldn't restart it.
A couple of hours later it started up again but seemed to be 'whiped clean', like it just came out of the box, asking me to go to fitbit setup.
I did just that and all seemed to go well until step 3 (installation), at this stage, the ionic showed the progress bar (not much progress) and then shut down.
It did this numerous times (progress barr and shutting down) and then just powered off again for a couple of hours, at which point I again couldn't restart it.
After a couple of hours it restarted again, and the above process repeated itself.
At this time the ionic was plugged in so it couldn't be a battery issue (also tried numerous outlets, adapters,...).
I also tried to reset the ionic (both with just the main and bottom button and by deleting the ionic, pressing all the buttons,...).
Has anyone had this problem before?
