Once again with my fitbit I'm having issues. I have come to charge it up and I'm getting no response no light to say its plugged in charging. I have had it in for a few hours now nothing. Ive checked the lead with a friends its not the lead his lead never worked in mine but did on his. Ive cleaned the port charger fits nicely. Ive tried the reset keeping my fingers on the button has it shows in some videos nothing. What is going on. I love my Ionic Adidas version but not loving the brand at the moment. Can anybody help. Thanks keep safe

Did the tracker battery die before this happened? Sometimes when Ionics die they take a long time to start back up. Personally, I have sometimes had to hold the buttons for a good two or three minutes before getting any response. How long have you tried holding them?
