Ionic and Mobile Track not Syncing

Hi all,

 

I recently got a Ionic but can't wear this whilst at work, so I use mobiletrack.

 

When I sync both in the app, the hourly step target updates on the app but it never does on the Ionic.

 

Is there anyway to resolve.

Hey there @DoonaD, thanks for stopping by! Keep in mind the following:

1. Your Ionic will take preference over MobileTrack. You don't have to choose between carrying your phone or wearing your tracker.
2. If you forget to wear your tracker and have your phone on you, your tracker won't have any fitness data to sync over to your Fitbit account, but your phone will.

If you are having trouble syncing your tracker, I would recommend re-pairing your tracker to your account using the replacement setup process. Click here for instructions.

Can you clarify for me. Will mobiletrack data not sync to my ionic? The combined data can only be seen on the app, is this correct?
