Ionic and s8 plus

Just bought the ionic after Fitbit sent me 4 blaze pebble because of battery problems and notification problems.  Ask them in one of the chats if ionic would work with my S8 plus. Was told yes. Guess what it does not.  Just wanted to give people heads up.  I'm returning it.  Then I'm done with Fitbit.

"Work" can mean so many things. You haven't told us your config or how you tried to troubleshoot. Sort of a useless post really.

 

Regardless I hope you find something better, the iwatch is nice.
