Ionic auto detect workout always on

Hi. After the latest update my Ionic does not respect that I have set auto detect workout to off. This is a major issue for me. Is this a known bug?

Thanks for bringing this to our attention, I understand how frustrating this matter can be for you. To better assist you with this situation, can you please elaborate and share more details about this? When was the first time you experienced this situation and how many times since then? Even though you disable the SmartTrack auto-recognition feature of your Ionic it still auto-detect which activities? Which phone are you using with your Fitbit? In the meantime I receive your answers, please restart your device.
