Ionic awake on wrist move

Does anyone know how to make my wife’s Ionic come awake on wrist movement? Mine either did it automatically or I found a setting that I can’t find again. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi @StevenRDavis,

To turn this feature on, swipe left from the main clock face. There you'll see Screen Wake.

Where do that has only options:

Exercise/ music /alarm/coach , and if I do it again 

Relax/wather/timer/wallet if I do a this time is setting/ tisps/ Strava / Deezer 

My ionic stopped waking by itself when I move the arm I even did a factory reset ait still do not light up.  I only form in setting the option permanent awake switch on and off but I don't find wake when I move my arm.

Hi @SunsetRunner,

With the new firmware update, the screen wake feature has been moved. You can access it now by pressing and holding the left button. From there, you'll see Screen Wake, which can be set to Auto to turn on the screen with a wrist flick.

I have had my Iconic since Christmas and when I pressed and held the left button the setting to update the Iconic awake on wrist move appeared. 

But ever since the firmware update 27.32.4.19 I now get my Fitbit pay credit card instead.  I can't find the setting under setup either.

Can someone help?  This drives me crazy at night when I try to sleep.

I wish I would have asked here before make the factory reset. I thought it was faulty

press power button for 2 seconds , you will find screen wake, select auto
