Ionic band clasp

The Fitbit ionic has a crappy design in te clasp that holds the band together.  This piece has been trying to fall off the band for months. — well today was the day. Now my band is hanging open at the buckle. Looks Amazing(sarcasm). And wouldn’t you know it Fit Buy doesn’t sell that assessors. So I have to spend $30 on a new band with the same **ahem**ty design— only to play a daily game of when will it fall off. 

Im not happy about this situation im in!!!
