Battery life dropped to less than a day, only use as normal watch, had same clock face from new. Tried some of the suggestions with no improvements.

@LittleLegs76 Welcome to our Fitbit Community. Regarding the battery and time issues that your Fitbit Ionic has experienced, I appreciate the time spent trying to get them resolved before contacting our forums.
In order to avoid providing the same information, let me know what troubleshooting steps you have tried. In the meantime, try the tips that are listed in this help article in order to improve the battery life of your Ionic. After this, restart your Fitbit device as described in this help page, sync it and see if the time gets corrected.

I have tried all you have suggested, unfortunately still have the same issues. It won’t sync or calibrate. It is not keeping a note of my distance walked anymore neither. Only just over two years old.
I have not changed the clock face and only do day to day walking so it is not being used much
