Two years down and again battery not holding charge third time unlucky. Like the system and interfaces but at £125 per year a little expensive. Just a little bit of after sales back up would be good.

Hope this helps.

Looked over the link you posted here and have done all of that. A few days ago my ionic also started draining very quickly. Also, still having issues with not sync correct data to the app from the watch. This happens off and on every so often and even after resetting seems to fix itself then eventually come back again.

Ionic had problem not holding charge so came to the community where it appeared that a lot of people were having the same problem. Tried all the Fitbit (Google) recommended fixes NONE worked most likely cause defective battery (built in obsolescence. I have found a company that can replace the battery but it takes time. Meanwhile have gone back to old blaze with cracked screen which is working perfectly.
Such a shame fitbit`s back up and support is so VERY poor and the products getting worse instead of better. Looking at this community the software appears to be going backwards as well. Will be regrettably be changing brands next time.

Hi @Runner61 your Ionic is over two years old, so it's out of warranty. How is it poor when your posts to this forum have been answered by a Fitbit (employee) Moderator who suggested you get with customer support? Many people who are content with their devices don't post on the forums. You'll always see more complaints posted than praise. None of my happy Fitbit using friends and family ever come to the forums - they are too busy out stepping. Sorry you're unhappy.
