Ionic Firmware upgrade completed then it completely failed. Blank screen. Working fine up to this point. Tried the hard reset and it went to vibrate. Now nothing at all. Seems completely unresponsive. I have charged overnight but nothing. It was 100% battery when I did upgrade.
