Ionic battery draining

So last two weeks my ionics battery life is going down hill it started at 5 days and now it’s anywhere from between 2-3 days. And it’ll be at 50% at 3 pm and by 10 pm it’s completely dead. Idk if there’s a setting I have that’s draining it or what but this is aggravating.

GPS is about the only battery draining function. If no GPS running function, then likely the battery is ageing, or the latest fw has/is causing issues. Worth doing a restart - Shutdown/restart. I don't believe a factory reset will help. But stranger things have happened. Best to read the latest fw thread before doing a factory reset though. Some have killed their Ionic by doing a reset - as incredulous as this is.

I've noticed I have put the new Sp02 watch face on my ionic and that's when the battery draining started for me. I've removed that watch face and will see how it goes.

same for me. switched back to my old clock face but the issue remains - drops ~10-20% per hour

I’ll give it a shot too. See if it helps. I wonder though if the new update has something to do with it.

How do u do a shutdown / restart. Is it the same as just going into settings and turning it off. ?

How can I switch off GPS? And where can I see if GPS is running?
Or is it always on and not possible to switch off?

I have tried factory reset, but nothing helps. Have to charge every other day.
