Ionic battery is paired to account yet system has no display or zero charge capacity when connected to computer UB port with charger cable. The Fitbit Ionic watch a FY2019 Christmas present from my daughter appears to have either a defective battery or charger.

There is no life activity in this product and should be returned for repairs under Product Warranty. Please provide shipping information as to where product should be sent for repair.

Thank you

My ionic was working just fine. I went to bed last night with 50% charge. Woke up to it dead and it won’t charge now. It’s been on the charger all day and it’s still at 0%. I’ve tried all the things recommended for a battery that won’t charge and nothing works. My Fitbit is less than a year old.
