I fully charge my Ionic watch and the battery will not last a Day IF it last that long? Is there something I can check that’s running the battery down?

Ok....there is some reason why I’m loosing the charge? I’ve tried everything you suggested, but if I shut everything down to make the battery last for maybe a day before I need to charge it again.....maybe I should just buy a cheap Timex watch!
Does anyone have an answer?

Sometimes a 3rd party clock face will cause this, switch to a Fitbit one for now just to test that out. Try turning off all day sync in the app too. Worst case is you have a faulty battery in which customer support will replace.
