Ionic blank

My ionic ran out of charge whilst walking. Getting back, put it on charge but screen blank despite  having been on charge for several hours. Have tried rebooting by pressing buttons on the sides, no success 

Any ideas

Mine doing something similar, the screen is blank but it vibrates when I have a notification etc, tried changing clock screens.

 

The screen does 'light' when pressing the side buttons butbuts faint and not Fitbit logo
