I have tried to update my Ionic, but now it's not responding, and just has a screen with fitbit logo blinking every 3 sec. I have tried to reset it using the 3 buttons but didn't work. also, I tried to connect it to my phone but it didn't work either.
Please advise.

I'm sorry to hear about the difficulties you experienced with your Fitbit Ionic. Thank you for trying to get them resolved before contacting us.
To restart your Watch, you need to press and hold the back and bottom buttons for 10 seconds until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen, and then release the buttons.
