Hi there, so not sure who you talked to, but being honest no one gave me any advice or help with regards to the bottom button falling out. All i was told was we hear you  but we cannot do anything. I also had to clarify that it was not damaged it was just that the button had fallen out, I didn't wreck it myself.  Secondly,  all I was told was that my watch while not being very old was off warranty and there was zero that could be done for me. I was offered a discount on a new one, but only limited choices, if I wanted. As it doesn't apply to the watch I really want to get. I am struggling as I love the Fitbit community and that is the only reason why at this point I have not switched to a different smart watch. my very first watch was the blaze, and then went to the ionic, loved that I could swim with it..but right now with the button fallen out am assuming that wouldnt be the case any more. Just little frustrated and struggling with all of it.
