I've had a few fitbits throughout the years so I'm familiar with it. I tried updating my ionic and it doesn't complete the update. Something seriously wrong is going on with Fitbit. I uninstalled the app I reset my ionic rendering it useless the ionic is now bricked. This is a problem on Fitbits end so I want to know what Fitbit is going to do to fix this since apparently there's no way to contact customer service you got to go through a forum in order to get answers. Spare me the waste of time to go over this step and that step like I said I am familiar with it and something is wrong with the firmware. Now my watch is useless. I've left it for 48 hours plugged in with the device nearby to update and nothing.
