I charged my Ionic last night before going to bed. Everything was in one piece. This morning, I noticed my Ionic woudn't turn on and that a button is missing. I work in a library so I'm not doing anything terribly rigorous so I'm not sure how the button fell/came off. I suspect the Ionic won't turn on as a result. What can I do to help this? Buy a new one?

Are you still within warranty? It runs for 12 months from purchase (or 24 months if you are in Europe). If so, you may be eligible for a replacement. If you contact customer support via contact.fitbit.com they can check your status and advise on your options.
Hi, thanks you for your response. No, I don't think it's within warranty, It was a gift from Xmas 2017, so about 18 months out from the purchase date. Bummer
