Ionic calibration not working

I am facing severe issues in calibrating. Steps are not accurate at all. I have been a user of FitBit for last 6 or more years and this is frustrating. The Ionic has been in use for last 2/3 years. I have seen multiple threads to solve this issue but nothing works. I even factory reset my Ionic and added the device again on the app.  Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Thanks for the details shared in your post and for already trying to resolve the issue. I am sorry to hear about the frustration this situation has caused. I would like to confirm if you've tried the following:

 

  1. Restart the device: How do I restart my Fitbit device?
  2. Plug Ionic into the charger and leave it there for a few minutes on a flat surface and face on its side.

Additionally, I recommend checking if your Fitbit app is updated to the latest version as updates come with new features and bug fixes: How do I update the Fitbit app?

Hi @LiliyaFitbit I have tried this multiple times and it did not work. The calibration always fails. Please do help.

Anybody else getting a vibrating notification every single day to calibrate your Ionic only to have it fail calibration every time.
