Pin code stopped working on Ionic

Went to use Fitbit pay and it won't recognize my passcode after adding a new card. Came home and tried to change passcode but it keeps saying 'cant connect to ionic!' even though it is syncing fine?!! Help?

Thanks for the details shared in your post and for already trying to resolve the issue. I understand how you are feeling and recommend trying the following:

 

  1. Force quit the Fitbit app. 
  2. Reopen the Fitbit app. 
  3. Restart your watch: How do I restart my Fitbit device?
  4. Manually sync your device: How do I manually sync my tracker or watch?
  5. Reset your pin by following the steps in How do I reset or change the PIN code on my Fitbit device?
