Ionic calories data wrong

I appreciate the additional details and would like to confirm if you've done the following:

 

1. Open the Fitbit app and tap your profile picture from the Today tab.
2. Tap the tile with your name.
3. Tap Personal.
4. Check your weight and make changes if necessary.

Hope this gets you back on track.

Thanks for the details shared in your post. I recommend confirming if your weight and height are correct in the Fitbit app: How do I manage my Fitbit profile?

sorry i couldn't reply in my previous post so here i am again. all my settings of ionic no change,just recent days when I get up my calories data on watch is around 500( my average ),my mobile shows around 200 which is very strange , after I sync from mobile my watch show around 200 . so…This keeps happening…but my pc or mobile always calories always wrong &my watch's calories data always get the wrong calories data from them…the strange thing is the other data are correctly. so you will see i ran 22km but only 800calories the day…
