So I have my ionic for nearly 4 months and being in the gym for as lo g it was counting my calories ok but now is way to high yesterday I did my nomalr work out and it told me I burned nesrly 900 calories when usually goes to 700 normally and I just woke up and check it is telling me I burned 615 calories and 9am and I'm being in bed since 11pm last night that's imposible how do i reset it to start burning since I get up.!?

The calorie burn estimate that Fitbit provides takes into account your BMR, the activity recorded by your tracker, and any activities you log manually.
Your basal metabolic rate (BMR) is the rate at which you burn calories at rest just to maintain vital body functions like breathing, heartbeat, and brain activity. Your BMR usually accounts for at least half of the calories you burn in a day and is estimated based on the physical data you entered when you set up your account: sex, age, height, and weight.
I would like you to confirm that your personal information is properly entered in your Dashboard and check that your Ionic is properly tracking your heart rate.
