So, im a user of fitbit for a while, and for the first time when syncying my time didnt sync together, I checked the timezone, changed the format of 24 to 12, restarted my fitbit and still isnt fixed. Im totally pissed, I have a smart watch and my time is incorrect.

Hello @Paralax8 and welcome to the Community. Fitbit recalled the Ionic earlier this year. There is a blue pinned thread at the top of this forum with information on how to return your Fitbit for a refund.

Save yourself the hassle... Login - Click on the "Gear" on the upper right side (which is view settings) - Click on your device - Left side click on Personal Info - Scroll until you see Time Zone - Select the correct time zone. Next - Restart your Fitbit watch. myccpay account
