Ionic changing screens

My iconic is randomly changing screens by its self and the touchscreen doesn’t seem to work anymore

To Fitbit it was resolved, but to me it wasn’t. I bought a Fitbit that died after 7 months and it was replaced by the same model, the Iconic. Which died after 11 months, meaning Fitbit gave me not one but two substandard watches and expect me to just except this with a 25% off my next watch. It’s not good enough.
I am appalled at the why I have been fobbed off with an excuse of “ its policy” well I as a customer have rights as a consumer.
I will be letting people know how you treat customers and expect them to just roll over.
