Ionic charge time is more then 2 hours, anyone else experienced this? How can I resolve this? Anyone else experienced the same issue?

It's great to have you here @Preeya626! I'm not sure if the battery is just lasting 2 hours or if it's taking 2 hours to charge. I would like you to make sure you're properly charging it in case it's not holding the charge you may want to restart it as well.
If it's taking 2 hours to charge, it takes up to 2 hours to fully charge.
