Ionic charge time

HI

Ionic charge time is more then 2 hours, anyone else experienced this? How can I resolve this? Anyone else experienced the same issue?

It's great to have you here @Preeya626! I'm not sure if the battery is just lasting 2 hours or if it's taking 2 hours to charge. I would like you to make sure you're properly charging it in case it's not holding the charge you may want to restart it as well. 

If it's taking 2 hours to charge, it takes up to 2 hours to fully charge.

If it's taking 2 hours to charge, it takes up to 2 hours to fully charge.

Turn the Ionic off while it charges, that speeds my full charge time up to 1 hr using 2.5 amps @ 5v

I know how to restart it. How do you shut it off?

On the Ionic. Wake the tracker. Swipe left to the Settings app. Scroll down to "About" and select it. Scroll down to Shutdown.

A warm welcome to the Community @jbenjesus. Just as @aspexil mentioned, you just need to navigate through your Ionic's settings and then select "about" > scroll down until you see Shutdown.
