Ionic charging issues: Fitbit's response was GOOD.

I have been having a terrible time with my Fitbit Ionic watch. Would not charge and could not reset.

I called Customer Support and went through all the trouble-shooting alternatives with them: still not working.  I bought my watch December 2017, so it was out of warranty. However, they offered me

a new Ionic or 50% off the latest version. I took my version, which should be here in 5 days.

If you are having issues with charging, I suggest you call customer service,

Wished they were the same to me, but they simply told me that my ionic is out of warranty and there’s basically nothing they can do 😞
