Ionic charging problems

Someone locked my watch and now it will not charge. It's a zero%. How can I fix this or is there somewhere in Ontario I can do to get it fixed?  Thanks in advance.

Thanks for the details shared in your post. I appreciate your efforts to resolve this. Fitbit doesn't have any physical repair centers, but I recommend following the troubleshooting instructions in this help article to resolve the charging issue: Why isn't my Fitbit device's battery charging?
