My Ionic wont turn off the Clockface automatically (10s was the setting)
Has worked beautifully for a long time. Now It's always on thus drains the battery in no time
Can anyone help out?
Tried factory reset and left right bottom reset etc. Still always on

Welcome to the Fitbit Community, @RJOH.
Thanks for the details shared in your post and for already trying to resolve the issue. I recommend trying the following:
1. Change a clock face: How do I change the clock face on my Fitbit device?
2. If the issue persists, turn off your device: How do I turn off my Fitbit device?
Hope this helps!
