Since updating the firmware on my Ionic, it hangs constantly before finally changing screens and it constantly resets itself as if I was requesting a factory reset. Is anyone else experiencing this problem and if so, have you been able to fix it? Thanks.

I'm sorry to hear about the difficulties you experienced with your Fitbit Ionic.
I would recommend restarting your Watch and then set it up as a replacement device:
