Ionic continued vibration when getting a call notification/screen unresponsive at time

My ionic Fitbit keeps vibrating even after I answer my calls like a late reaction lettungcme know I have a call coming thru but already answered call and will not stop until I clear it 

also there are times my screen is blank too

Do a Restart and see if that clears up your problems.  Do it several times if necessary.

I did I even called Fitbit , it worked for awhile then went back to same ol thing 

but they did say I might need to return it , just the thought of being without it 😩
