Had my ionic for a month and the face has cracked. Talked with support and the only thing offered was a percentage off of new watch. Did nothing as far as hiting face on anything, face just has small anoying crack. Looks like this has happened to lots of products for Fitbit. Like the watch but did not like the end result of my customer support. Looking for help.

Seems that there is a problem with Ionic and cracks appearing on the face. Not sure what the issue is but I have only had the watch for one month. I will try customer support again.

I will try customer support again.
I'm not aware that cracked/cracking screens are problematic with the Ionic. Although lifting screens have been reported many times.
A crack in a screen suggests something hit or put pressure on the screen - or body of the Ionic causing it to flex. Even if you are not aware of any of these happening.
I would suggest ordering a tempered glass screen protector from eBay and NOT allowing water anywhere near the Ionic.

Still not happy with customer service. For this watch to only be a month old I would have thought that I would get more response. Everything seemed to just be a standard answer with no consideration of my issue.
