Just been in contact with support, as mine developed a crack. Just in day to day use. Only had mine 3 months. They said, there is no repair centre, they will offer 40% on the RRP £249, making it £149 on a new one, where you can buy for £179. I asked for complaint procedure, the isn't one. I would say I'm hugely disappointed in no after care with the device. I owned other wearables with no issue to the screen for years. The quality is poor. And support is the same.
