Hi,
Mi Ionic doesn't respond anymore since this afternoon. I went for a bicycle ride for 2h30, afterwards it was still working, but it just showed a black screen after a while. I remember there was an update a couple of days a go, maybe the problem is related to that? I have connected it to the charging cable, still nothing. It doesn't react to anything anymore. Has anyone experienced this before ? Could anyone help me? Is it usefull to contact the customer service or are they just telling you to buy a new one ?

Wow, just read all the articles about this sudden "bricking" of the Fitbits. And nothing can be done about this ??
