Since the firmware update last night, the app doesnt recognise the Iconic.
Having rebooted and reinstalled everything, the furthest I have got is with the pin appearing in the iconic which i enter into the app and then nothing happens. The app fails to connect or acknowledge the Iconic.
Since the Iconic isn't being recognized by the app, how am i even supposed to update it when the corrective version is released.
Any ideas would help but what a waste of money and time

Sorry to hear that you're experiencing this. I would like you to confirm that you've tried this syncing troubleshooting. If your Ionic is still not connecting to your app, please let me know the mobile device you have.
