  • After 22 month my Ionic died. I just read all those other comments , who had the same problem. After charging it just died. Nothing helped to revive it. I am sure the all  comments  are read by the company, but yet nothing is done to improve it. It seems that after new iOS there are many issues. But hey “ we are working on it” ;(( but for sure they won’t give new ionic or other ones for the once they completely died. Always some kind of issue with any fitbit, it seems that any watch last about 2 years if lucky. I did chat with customer service. They were nice.

Mine died the act same way after 18 months and like you the want to do nothing. They know there is an issue but won't admit it to anyone.
