Just got off the phone 2nd time with customer service they will not budge on a replacement watch even though i have 5 fitbit watches.I told him there is a lot of pissed off people spending up to $300.00 for their product with no results I told him that the company will loose a lot of customers but customer service is just reading off a scripped paper on what to tell customers so everyone don't waste your time calling customer service,very politely they tell you to stick it up your butt.
