Ionic dead

My ionic was almost fully charged last night before going to bed.  Around 7 pm tonight, I noticed that I had a low battery warning.  By 9 pm, it was down to 15% so I turned it off and put it on the charger.  It never responded to the charger and now will not power up.

Apparently in was autoincorrected...  truck should be push.  Press and hold all three buttons for several seconds.  I've heard as much as 10-15 seconds but I think it took only abbot 5-10 for me.  It's somewhat of a control-alt-delete for the watch.  It's been working fine, since, though it did go through the battery really quickly again.

I have tried that as well, nothing worked for me.

However, called customer service after my local retailer could not do anything (watch gave in 10 days after warranty expired...), and Fitbit CS was incredibly helpful. After trying everything with no success, they're sending a new Ionic free of charge.

Kudos!
