Hi, I bought an ionic about 7 months ago and put a divide lock code on. My decide lock is disabled but I would now like to enable it. The problem is I’ve forgotten the code. Can I reset this?

HOW DO I RESET OR CHANGE THE PIN CODE ON MY FITBIT DEVICE?

Reset or change the PIN code for your device:

  1. In the Fitbit app, tap the Today tab 
     

     

     > your profile picture > your device image. 
  2. Tap Device Lock.
  3. Find the option to change your PIN code.

When I click device lock it asks for my pin
