Hi

Wondering if you can help

 

Ionic hasnt registered my run

Before the run i did half hour workout and that registered and after i did a session and thats showing.  But the 10k run hasnt?

Thanks for bringing this to our attention. To better assist you with this, can you please let me know when was the first time you experienced this situation and how many times since then? Only Run exercise is being affected or other activities too? Are you tracking your exercise with the SmartTrack auto-recognition feature of your Ionic or directly with an exercise shortcut? In the meantime I receive your answers, please restart your device and let me know if the issue persists.
