Ionic didn't sync my activity to Strava

  • My Ionic didn't automatically sync to strava yesterday , think it may be first time after doing the update on fitbit. Run is recorded on fitbit. Any ideas how to get it to sync and record on strava ?

Thanks for letting me know that your Ionic's run didn't automatically sync to Strava.

 

I would like you to confirm that your run was tracked using GPS. Fitbit will sync activities recorded with GPS to Strava and vice versa. Learn more about this integration by checking this post.
