A warm welcome to the Community @Naisortep! Thanks for the reset that you performed. I would like you to confirm you have all the requirements, so your Ionic can properly track your sleep:
- Your tracker wasn't taken off at any point during the night
- Confirm your tracker is snug on your wrist (the HR lights should't be visible)
- Try using your Ionic in your non-dominant hand
- Change the setting to sensitive to normal
Hope this helps! Keep me posted.

Best AnswerI’ve done all the resets as well. They only way it will “track” my sleep is if I start and stop on the mobile app. Defeats the purpose. So far I am really annoyed with the watch and it’s sync issues.
